I’m a woman from Carmel Valley CA USA, born in 1966.
My favorite sports include: running yoga pilates walking
My goals are: I would like to train to run a 1/2 marathon. Reasons are primarily weight loss, but also overall fitness. Have recently stopped smoking so want to make sure I stay quit!
My other favorite activities include: Aerobics.
